Abstract
Management of patients with early-stage germ cell tumors is nuanced and complex as the aim is to maintain excellent cure rates while minimizing treatment-related morbidity. Comparison of the American Urological Association and European Association of Urology testicular cancer guidelines highlight opportunities to optimize care.
