Abstract
Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma is an uncommon malignancy which usually occurs in the 7<sup>th</sup> decade. Here we present a postpartum patient with fever, hepatomegaly, and ascites, who was diagnosed to have metastatic intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
