Abstract
A clinical trial published in <i>Nature Communications</i> examined the effect of fasting-mimicking diet (FMD) during chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. The overall negative study results highlight the need for ameliorating future trial design and investigating alternative FMD-based therapeutic combinations.
