Abstract
<b>OBJECTIVE.</b> This article reviews the use and current imaging techniques of cardiac CT angiography and cardiac MRI in the evaluation of commonly encountered pediatric cardiac processes that may present to the general radiologist. <b>CONCLUSION.</b> Imaging pediatric patients with acquired and congenital heart disease is an important skill for general radiologists. As survival rates increase and these patients enter adulthood, knowledge of pediatric acquired and congenital heart disease remains pertinent.
