Abstract
A two-step molecular targeting approach involving a self-assembling and disassembling (SADA) bispecific antibody platform and DOTA-radioconjugates allows tumor-specific delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic payloads. Low immunogenicity and the modular nature of SADA allow its optimization to safely and repeatedly deliver a variety of payloads to tumors expressing diverse tumor-specific antigens.<i>See related article by Santich et al., p. 532</i>.
