Abstract
This study investigates associations of the lifelong genetic inhibition of <i>PCSK9</i> with plasma liver enzymes and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease by using the loss-of-function variant <i>PCSK9</i>-p.Arg46Leu as a genetic instrument.
