Abstract
T follicular helper (T<sub>FH</sub>) cells are associated with the development of both autoimmune disease and T cell malignancies. In this issue, Reighard et al.,<sup>1</sup> describe the design of PD-L1 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) NK cells that effectively target and eliminate T<sub>FH</sub> cells.
