Abstract
Gastroesophageal adenocarcinomas (GEA) remain difficult to treat with limited targeted therapeutics. Negative results from randomized trials of EGFR inhibitors (EGFRi) in patients with molecularly unselected GEA have hampered the development of EGFRi in the gastroesophageal cancer space.
