Abstract
Current techniques for imaging prostate cancer (CT, MRI, and PET agents <sup>18</sup>F-fluorodeoxyglucose, <sup>11</sup>C-choline, <sup>11</sup>C-acetate, and <sup>18</sup>F-fluciclovine) are limited in sensitivity and specificity. PSMA PET agent <sup>68</sup>Ga-PSMA-11 has recently been approved by the FDA. We comment on the performance of novel PSMA agent 18F-DCFPyL-PET/CT.<i>See related article by Morris et al., p. 3674</i>.
