Abstract
A phase II study with everolimus (mTORC1 inhibitor) among advanced solid tumors patients with <i>TSC1/TSC2</i> or <i>MTOR</i> alterations was recently published. Although efficacy was limited, the study provided the future groundwork to advance the targeted therapy approach.<i>See related article by Adib et al., p. 3845</i>.
