Abstract
Nectin-4 is the target for enfortumab vedotin, a novel antibody-drug conjugate. <i>NECTIN4</i> gene expression differs considerably across different molecular subtypes and is shown to be important for enfortumab vedotin efficacy.<i>See related article by Chu et al., p. 5123</i>.
