Abstract
A 76-y-old man with hypoosmolar hyponatremia of unknown origin was referred to the nuclear medicine department for <sup>18</sup>F-FDG PET/CT to exclude a malignant cause. Increased <sup>18</sup>F-FDG uptake in both adrenal glands was observed and investigated.
