Abstract
In the current issue of <i>Cancer Cell</i>, Lan et al.<sup>1</sup> demonstrate that a bifunctional fusion protein targeting TGF-β and PD-L1 can synergize with radiation therapy to simultaneously augment tumor control and reduce normal tissue toxicity.
