Abstract
A 73-year-old man with newly diagnosed nasopharyngeal carcinoma included in a clinical trial of 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT study in tumors (ChiCTR2100044131). Increased tracer uptake was noted in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and cervical lymph nodes metastases. In addition, avascular necrosis of right femoral head also revealed increased FAPI activity.
