Abstract
Metastatic prostate cancer remains uncurable. In this issue of <i>Cell Reports Medicine</i>, Rice et al. present an assessment of a compound (SU086) demonstrating activity in prostate cancer models through heat shock protein 90 inhibition and cell metabolism changes.
