Abstract
Clinical trials of protein-based vaccines to prevent Group B streptococcal infections are underway. In this issue of <i>Cell Reports Medicine</i>, Pawlowski et al.<sup>1</sup> provide an extensive characterization of the immune response generated by the recently tested GBS-NN vaccine.
