Abstract
On the cusp of <i>Plasmodium falciparum</i> (<i>Pf</i>) elimination, Thailand is accelerating towards zero malaria by 2024. This commentary reviews the heart of its success—effective surveillance—and what else may be needed to reach zero on time.
