Abstract
Tumor reactivity mediated by tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) is one of the hallmarks of the clinical effect of immune checkpoint blockade (ICB). Jaiswal et al. used a functional genomics approach to better characterize TIL phenotypes predictive for response to ICB.<sup>1</sup>.
