Abstract
Rui-Hua Xu completed the REGOTORI trial that showed a novel combination regimen, regorafenib plus toripalimab, improved the efficacy and survival of refractory metastatic colorectal cancer, and found high-abundance <i>Fusobacterium</i> negatively predicted response and survival.
