Abstract
Bharadwaj et al.<sup>1</sup> demonstrate that anti-donor HLA antibodies display low levels of Fc fucosylation. This signature was associated with potent provocation of NK cell effector functions and was discriminative for active antibody-mediated rejection among patients with donor specific HLA antibodies.
