Abstract
Identifying biomarkers of irAEs is the prerequisite for maximizing clinical benefits of patients treated by immune checkpoint inhibitors. Bukhari et al.<sup>1</sup> identified significant associations between different peripheral T cell sub-clusters and arthritis, pneumonitis, and thyroiditis.
