Abstract
Roussel et al.<sup>1</sup> provide new insight into mecencephalic locomotor region (MLR) stimulation to treat spinal cord injury in mice. Previously, it was unclear which part of the MLR to target. Now, evidence converges on cuneiform nucleus activation.
