Abstract
Sworder et al.<sup>1</sup> developed an integrated simultaneous tumor and effector profiling (STEP) approach to study resistance mechanisms to CD19-CAR T cell therapy in large B-cell lymphomas. Their study provides novel biological insights and paves the way for future interventions.
