Abstract
Identification of the causes for congenital heart disease (CHD) is a prerequisite for precise prevention and personalized treatment of CHD. Zhao et al.<sup>1</sup> show increased that gestational serum palmitic acid (PA) predisposes offspring to CHD by perturbating the MARS/K-Hcy/GATA4 signaling pathway.
