Abstract
In the ASTRUM-007 randomized double-blind phase III study, Song et al.<sup>1</sup> showed that the combination of PD-1 inhibitors with first-line fluoropyrimidine and platinum-based chemotherapy improves outcomes in PD-L1-overexpressing esophageal squamous cell carcinomas.
