Abstract
A 60-year-old man with back pain underwent 99m Tc-MDP to evaluate bone metastases from newly esophageal carcinoma. No bone metastasis was found on the whole-body bone scan. Unexpectedly, subcutaneous metastasis revealed increased 99m Tc-MDP activity.
