Abstract
Neel et al. identified pathophysiologic clues linking gasdermin-E (GSDME) with frontotemporal dementia and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.<sup>1</sup> Therapeutic studies targeting GSDME may provide a viable approach for neurodegenerative diseases.
