Abstract
Jarosch et al.<sup>1</sup> have deeply characterized immune cell infiltrates in gastrointestinal (GI) biopsies from individuals with GI graft-versus-host disease (GI-GvHD) using single-cell RNA sequencing and ChipCytometry. Individuals with severe GI-GvHD demonstrated increased clonally expanded cytotoxic CD8 T cells in GI biopsies.
