Abstract
In this issue of Cell Reports Medicine, Aid and colleagues define peripheral blood biomarkers, which predict viral rebound after antiretroviral therapy (ART) discontinuation in SIV-infected rhesus macaques treated early with ART, providing insights into potential HIV cure strategies.<sup>1</sup>.
