Abstract
The GLOW randomized double-blind phase 3 trial<sup>1</sup> shows that Claudin-18.2 targeting antibody zolbetuximab combined with capecitabine and oxaliplatin improves outcome compared to placebo and chemotherapy as first-line treatment in Claudin-18.2-positive, HER2-negative gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinomas.
