Abstract
The work illustrates a step-by-step surgical approach to demonstrate technical feasibility of a single-stage endoscopic repair for bilateral choanal atresia with adjuvant bioabsorbable steroid-eluting stent placement to safely mitigate unique perioperative challenges in the pediatric population.
