Abstract
Cavernous sinus metastasis from head and neck cancers is rare. We report FDG PET/MRI findings of cavernous sinus metastases from laryngeal cancer in a 56-year-old woman. The images revealed isointense lesions in the bilateral cavernous sinus on T2-weighted MR, with slight enhancement, and intense FDG uptake. The lesions were confirmed as metastases to the cavernous sinus.
