Abstract
In this episode of the <i>AJR</i> Podcast Series on Diagnostic Excellence and Error, Francis Deng, MD, introduces the concept of diagnostic excellence and its relevance to radiologists. Patient-centered definitions of diagnostic error and conceptualizations of the diagnostic process are discussed.
