Abstract
Gastric cancer poses diverse treatment challenges due to its high tumor heterogeneity. Through the use of patient-derived tumor organoid (PDO) models, new research<sup>1</sup> has identified genes and molecular signatures that are predictive of chemotherapeutic response, providing valuable insights for clinical management and translational advancements.
