Abstract
Herein, we report a case of a man with malignant melanoma exhibiting thickened right breast with increased tracer uptake on 68 Ga-DOTA-FAPI-04 PET/CT. Subsequent ultrasound confirmed there was no sign of malignancy and consistent with benign gynecomastia.
