Abstract
A positive ulnar fovea sign is usually considered to be specific for foveal disruption of the distal radioulnar ligaments. A retrospective review was done of 73 patients with a positive ulnar fovea sign. Only 21 patients had a foveal tear on arthroscopic examination.<b>Level of evidence:</b> IV.
