Abstract
Expansion laryngoplasty is a new, combined procedure which can treat both glottic and subglottic stenosis simulataneously. This is a small case series showing how to perform this surgery as well as outcomes from a 15-year period. Laryngoscope, 135:1127-1131, 2025.
