Abstract
Nasopharyngeal plasmacytoma is a rare presentation of multiple myeloma. We emphasize the importance of imaging by presenting the 18 F-FDG PET/CT findings of a patient with nasopharyngeal plasmacytoma and lytic hypermetabolic bone lesions.
