Abstract
The modified model with repulsive filling (CSA_{r}) for adsorption of monomers on a square lattice was studied. The deposition probability at empty sites P was regulated using the power law P=1-(z/4)^{α}, where z is the number of NN sites filled by previously deposited particles and α(>0) is a parameter. The interval of α=10^{-3}-10^{3} was investigated in detail. The mean coordination number 〈z〉 at different values of α were analyzed. At relatively small α(<0.01) the steplike coverage φ(t) time dependencies were observed. The behavior was explained by accounting for the initial formation of the deposits with the checkerboard structures, followed by the filling of the channels between these structures and the formation of more compact clusters. Detailed analysis of the behavior of the total coverage φ_{J}(α) and mean coordination number 〈z_{J}(α)〉 in the jamming state was performed. The different percolation characteristics were also evaluated. At the percolation point the coverage function φ_{p}(α) revealed rather unexpected behavior with maximum at α≈0.2.
