Abstract
A 72-year-old female presented with pulsatile tinnitus following retrosigmoid craniotomy for microvascular trigeminal nerve decompression. A large pneumatocele was found under the craniotomy site. Cranioplasty and mastoid obliteration were performed to repair the defect. Laryngoscope, 135:2489-2491, 2025.
