Abstract
This editorial presents the vision and strategic direction of IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging (TMI) under new leadership. Key points include restructuring the editorial board to enhance efficiency and diversity, streamlining the peer review process to improve decision quality and speed, and launching the AI for TMI (AI4TMI) initiative to integrate AI in journal management.
