Abstract
Compressive ulnar neuropathy at the wrist is usually caused by lesions within Guyon's canal. We present a rare case of compressive ulnar neuropathy owing to a tortuous ulnar artery proximal to Guyon's canal.<b>Level of evidence:</b> V.
