Abstract
A 60-year-old woman presented with the gradual aggravation of left hip pain. 99m Tc-MDP bone scintigraphy and 18 F-FDG PET/CT demonstrated intense radiotracer accumulation at the osteolytic lesion in the left acetabulum and pubis. The pathology confirmed the diagnosis of epithelioid rhabdomyosarcoma, a variant of rhabdomyosarcoma which is characterized by epithelioid morphology.
