Abstract
The presence of clonal hematopoiesis in cell-free DNA analysis can distort the interpretation of results and influence cancer treatment decisions. This CCR Translations discusses the importance of distinguishing the origin of cell-free DNA variants as tumoral or hematopoietic and its potential clinical implications.
