Abstract
The European Association of Urology and European School of Urology (ESU) have a long history of providing high-quality urological education, but unmet needs remain, especially in terms of bridging global disparities in knowledge and practice. We identify steps that the ESU could take to further promote urological knowledge, enhance surgical education, and improve patient safety on a global basis.
