Abstract
Extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma in the abdominopelvic cavity is a relatively rare tumor. We reporte 18 F-FDG PET/CT findings of primary peritoneal Ewing sarcoma in a 36-year-old man. The patient complained of abdominal distension for over a month. 18 F-FDG PET/CT has shown increasing glucose metabolism uptake in the peritoneum, greater omentum, lesser omentum, and mesentery, which was confirmed as extraskeletal Ewing sarcoma.
