Abstract
Solitary radius metastasis as the initial presentation of renal cell carcinoma is extremely rare. Here we present the bone scintigraphy findings of a 72-year-old man who complained of left wrist pain for 6 months. The 99m Tc-MDP bone scintigraphy demonstrated intense ring-like MDP uptake in the distal left radius. Finally, solitary radius metastasis from renal cell carcinoma was confirmed.
