Abstract
Patients with prostate cancer and homologous recombination repair alterations face worse outcomes. Early use of PARP inhibitors, especially in BRCA-mutated cancers, is promising. However, optimal timing, sequencing, and benefits for non-BRCA alterations remain unclear, underscoring the need for well-designed clinical trials and personalized treatment discussions.
