Abstract
Despite advances in elucidating obesity pathophysiology, predicting individual responses to weight loss interventions remains challenging. Cifuentes et al.<sup>1</sup> developed a predictive model integrating genetic risk scores and anthropometric parameters to estimate caloric intake to satiation, demonstrating potential in forecasting weight loss trajectories with phentermine-topiramate and liraglutide therapies.
