Abstract
For 75 years the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke has led neurological research in the US. Many thousands of people have volunteered in research and thousands of investigators devoted their careers to pursuing better treatments of neurological disorders. It's a time to reflect and to renew our collective resolve for future efforts. ANN NEUROL 2025;98:911-912.
